Kwik Couplers

The Kwik-Coupler® set is designed for use with service hoses on refrigeration or air conditioning systems when connected to the valve cores. Conventional threaded connections are transformed into push-in connections that work much faster, easier and tight. The valve inserts are fitted without any special adjustment or loss of refrigerant. Disconnecting the connections also works without loss of refrigerant. An automatic shut-off valve keeps the refrigerant in disconnected hoses. An automatic shut-off valve ensures that the refrigerant remains in the disconnected hoses. An automatic shut-off valve ensures that the refrigerant remains in the disconnected hoses.

• Easy placement of the valve insert without manual adjustment, regardless of the position of the valve insert
• The couplings are connected to the supply line valve and to the end of the hose. Simply push and pull the Kwik-Coupler® to open or close the system automatically without loss of refrigerant
• An automatic shut-off valve at the end of the hose allows a high-pressure hose to be drained into the low-pressure side by a fitter's aid
• Prevents dangerous refrigerant and oil leaks from the system when disconnecting hose connections
• Simplifies filling of smaller systems with precisely measured refrigerant quantity
• Prevents finger burns when disconnecting pipes - especially when servicing heat pumps at low temperatures
• Valve inserts in the hose ends are no longer necessary - speeds up maintenance work on systems with manual valves
